Roles

Administrator: full access, including Platform admins, Settings and billing information for the workspace.

Technician (analyst): access to the operational modules — tenants, threats, scans, pentest, phishing, incidents, compliance, alerts and reports — but no access to Platform admins or Settings.

Roles are scoped to the workspace, so being an administrator in one MSP workspace grants nothing in another.

Invite a user

  1. 1Go to Platform admins and open Platform users.
  2. 2Enter the person's email address and pick Admin or Technician (analyst).
  3. 3Send the invite. They receive a branded email from RadarX.
  4. 4The invitee clicks the link, sets and confirms a password, and lands in your workspace with the role you chose.
If someone already has a RadarX account, the invite arrives as a sign-in link rather than a new-account invite.

Workspace settings

Settings is where you set your service-provider name, which appears in the sidebar and on client-facing reports, together with notification preferences and the security options such as forcing re-authentication before every admin-portal launch.

Removing access

Remove a user from Platform users the moment they leave. Sessions are invalidated and they immediately lose access to all client data.
