Getting started with RadarX
Create your MSP workspace, understand the console layout, and complete the first-day checklist.

What RadarX is
RadarX is a multi-tenant email security console built for managed service providers. One workspace holds every client tenant you manage, whether they run Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Everything is scoped to your workspace (your MSP organisation). Users you invite only ever see your clients' data, and each client tenant is isolated from the others inside your workspace.
Create your workspace
The first person from your company to sign up creates the MSP workspace and becomes its administrator.
- 1Open the sign-in page and choose Create account.
- 2Fill in your company details — company name, contact name and surname, address and billing email. These details feed the client billing record.
- 3Confirm your email address from the message RadarX sends you.
- 4Sign back in. You now land on the Overview dashboard of your new workspace.
How the console is laid out
The left sidebar is the whole product. Overview shows cross-tenant posture; Client tenants is where you onboard customers; Threats, Env scans, Email pentest, Phishing sims, Incident response and Compliance are the working modules; Alerts is your triage queue; SOC report produces the customer-facing document.
Platform admins and Settings are only visible to workspace administrators. Technician (analyst) accounts see the operational modules but not the administration pages.
First-day checklist
Work through this in order — each step depends on the one before it.
- 1Set your service-provider name and branding in Settings.
- 2Add your first client tenant and connect it (see the tenant onboarding article).
- 3Import or discover that tenant's mailboxes.
- 4Run an environment scan to get a baseline posture score.
- 5Trigger a manual mailbox sweep so threats begin populating, then let the 15-minute automatic sweep take over.
- 6Invite your technicians under Platform admins.
