Compliance posture

Assess a tenant against email security control requirements and track remediation to evidence.

How the assessment works

Compliance takes the technical facts RadarX already knows — authentication records, MFA coverage, legacy auth, audit logging, retention, forwarding restrictions — and maps them onto control requirements, giving each control a status of met, partial or not met.

Run and review an assessment

  1. 1Open Compliance and choose the tenant.
  2. 2Run the assessment.
  3. 3Work the not-met controls first; each one states the requirement, the observed state and the remediation.
  4. 4Re-run after remediation so the improvement is captured with a timestamp.

Using it commercially

The gap list is a ready-made project scope. Present the initial score at onboarding, then show the same score three months later in the SOC report — it is the clearest way to demonstrate the value of your managed service.
