- One tenant = one client organisation's Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment, regardless of how many mailboxes are inside it.
- Do you charge per mailbox?
- No. Pricing is per tenant only — protect every mailbox in that tenant for one flat rate.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every new MSP workspace gets a 14-day free trial. You can add tenants and run live monitoring without entering a card.
- What happens when I remove a tenant?
- Your Paddle subscription quantity is updated immediately and a prorated credit is applied to your next invoice.
