RadarX is operated by Catalyst Secure ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
RadarX is a multi-tenant security platform that ingests email metadata and content from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants you connect, applies AI-based phishing and BEC scoring, and surfaces threats and alerts to managed service providers.
You will not (a) use the service unlawfully, for fraud, or to send spam; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) attempt to probe, scan, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service; (d) connect tenants without proper authorisation from the tenant owner.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
RadarX, its software, branding, and documentation remain the property of Catalyst Secure. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your subscription plan.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.
New customers receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, a valid payment method is required to continue using the service.
We make reasonable efforts to keep RadarX available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, access ends and exported data must be retrieved within 30 days, after which it is deleted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
