We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your RadarX subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all RadarX orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or email support@catalystsecure.example and we will help you.

Prorated credits for downgrades or seat removals during a billing period are issued automatically by Paddle and applied to your next invoice.
